12.大多数人认为我们能战胜非典。后面是个从句，缺少主语，所以用we.
16.sheep单复数都是sheep，以ox结尾的复数要加es,所以是foxes

1，buy sb sth,其中sb可以是具体的名词，如mike，tom，也可以是代词，不过用代词的话就要用代词的宾格，如，me，her,him ,us,因此选A
2，主句主语是Most people，从句主语要么指他人，要么还是指most people，如果是指他人，那么C符合要求，意思是多数人认为我们正在战胜SARS。如果是指most people，那么就要用they themselves，因为单独的themselves不能做主语。所以这题选C。
3，sheep的复述形式还是sheep，fox因为是X结尾，所以复述要加ex，因此选A
