用is there
nothing本身相当于否定词了，并不是否定前缀。

这句话如果这么改，应该更清楚了：
There is not anything wrong with you, is there?
等于There is nothing wrong with you, is there?追问

那如果要回答没事，是Yes，there is。还是No，there isn‘t

追答

回答没事是：No, there isn't.
当你不能确定回答的时候，就把nothing改成not anything，这样好理解一点。

impossible意思是不可能的，但是前半句是肯定，后半句是否定
