First, working in a team provides a chance for us to municate with each other. Just as the saying goes, “many hands make light job.” Working in a team, teammates share their ideas with each other, which is helpful to create a better achievement. Second, working in a team is a way to broaden our horizon. Teammates in a team can learn something from each other because they are from different places, owning various experiences and hold different views towards things. Therefore, getting along with other teammates is also a process of increasing our knowledge. Finally, working in a team is also a way to establish our friendship. Teammates in a team have chances to help each other, to solve the problems together, to share the happiness of being successful, which make a great contribution to establishing friendship. Thus, working in a team is one of the most effective ways to extend our personal relationships.

I want to tell about my team .My team is consist of 10 people,content of 9 girls and 1 boy.We had a social project in a *** all village a bit far from my hometown and my college.We lived there for 10 days from 15th-25th July 2012.This project actually designed by our college require to final exam of this semester.I meant without doing this project we are not permit to follow final test of one lecture.自己改改，下面这可有可无，自己看看加长版的.The last day before returned home,we went to beach near our homestay.We need only 15 minutes to reach Morosari Beach.That was really sweltering hot,even tough it was 15:00 o'clock.It was great experience,we had unfetable memories through this project in team and also feel to lived in a place that we thought tough but we passed eventually.This picture took place in Morosari Beach.

I prefer team-work than individual work.As a member of a team,I can municate with mycolleagues.As a team,we have a mon objective and in most of time,it is hard for someone to achieve the target alone.If there is a team to work with,we can share the work and each member just responsible for his/her favorite part.This will increase the efficiency of the work.When you work alone,it is unavoidable to meet some problems,then you have to check the relate materials or search the sulotion through the inter.However,things will be changed if there is a team,as a member of team,you can ask your colleagues about the problems,maybe some of them know the way to solve the problem,that means you saved the time to figure it out by yourself.More important,we can share our experience and ideas by each other,during the team working you will find the task bees easier than you work alone.我喜欢团队合作比个人工作。

my school life i go to school at 7 every morning. when i get to school, i have to do the cleaning with my clas *** ates. and after that i have 4 lessons in the morning and 2 lessons in the afternoon. the school is over at about 4:30. my favourite teacher is my science teacher. because he never scolds us. and of course my favourite subject is also science. my maths is just a mess. i can't understand what the teacher is talking about. i don't know how to solve this problem. anyway, i enjoy my school life. My School Life Everyday we go to our beautiful school in spite of rain or shine. We'll spend a whole day in school. In the morning, we e to school. Most of us get up earlier to avoid our names to be listed. But of course, there are few students who have no time concept and are always late. With the ring for break throughout the schoolyard, we all bee as lively as monkeys! Some of us run or jump in the playground, some skip ropes, play badminton, kick shuttlecock, read some books and the others sit around and chat with each other cheerfully . Recently, we'll have a sports meeting in our school. So some of the students are very excited about that and they practice a lot. Once the bell for class rings, we clean up our dresses, wipe off sweat, go back to the classroom and wait for the teacher。
In class, we pay much attention to the teacher and take notes. If we have problems and cannot find the correct answers, we will rise up our hands and ask the teacher. When the teacher asks us some questions about the lesson, we will think about them carefully and try to answer the questions actively. Sometimes we don't know the answers, we would listen to what the teacher explains carefully. Anyway we cannot waste a bit of time in class, otherwise we will not learn anything or pass the exam. At noon, some of us go home for lunch. And the others have lunch at school. The school lunch is not delicious enough. But the advantage is that we have many more choices and we can choose what we want by ourselves. There're many kinds of food, such as beef noodles, hot dogs, fish, chicken, vegetables and so on. After lunch, my good friend and I often chat with each other and take a walk in the campus. After that, we have a noon break. At this time, we should keep quiet and study by ourselves or have a rest. Boys often feel tired and have a rest because they play basketball before. But we girls usually go over the lessons. When a school day finishes, we may go home. But some of us on duty must do some cleaning in the classroom, and others would like to play basketball and do some after-school activities before we go home and do our homework.
