选B原因是这是一个强调句结构，强调句形式为it was...that/who(形容人时用who，其他一律用that)...,陈述句构成强调句的方法是，在主语前加it was +主语+that/who+其他。对于此句，主语为she，原陈述句为she helped me a lot，所以应用强调句结构即为It was she who helped me a lot。这里不应该理解为“she”做系动词was的表语，否则后面的“who helped me a lot”中很明显这个who也就是she做的是主语，用her这个宾格形式就不符合语法了。希望对你有用本回答被提问者采纳
