Internal control is a crucial means of managing internal affairs, as well as reducing operation risks. With the lasting development and scale growing of minor private enterprises, it has been an increasingly important part of corporate governance to build up and improve an effective internal control system. This thesis mainly discusses on the current sistuation of internal control in small private businesses in WuXI city, and accordingly brings forward a series of policy suggestions on how to ameliorate internal control in corporates.
