    基本上还行，就是有的词用的不准确。交联用cross-link 治理不能用governance用 to bring under control 普通的吸油材料是 tradition oil-absorbing用ordinary表达不是很好。incomparable一般不用在学术上，可以用highly代替。开发优质低价的高吸油性树脂是人类进军海洋石油开采的一项重要课题。这句话中文就有问题 ，应该是开采海洋石油。翻译的太ch-english了。意思想说，这个课题很重要可以写：To improve the quality and reduce the cost of the High oil-absorbing resin is important to extract crude oil in the sea.
