摘 要
通过对花生剥壳机的研究,选择滚筒揉搓式对花生进行剥壳。本机采用纹杆、栅条、凹板、风机、比重分选及二次提升机等几部分组成,结构简单紧凑、操作简便、性能稳定、安全可靠。它的工作原理以及过程是由人工喂入花生果,先落到粗文栅里,由于文板转动与固定栅条凹板间的搓力,将花生壳剥离分离后的花生仁与壳同时经过栅网落下,再通过风道过由风力将大部分花生壳吹击机外,而花生仁和一部分尚未剥离的花生小果一起落入比重分选筛,经过重筛选后,花生仁由分离筛面上行,通过料口流入麻袋,而尚未剥离的花生(小果),则由筛面下行,经过出料道口流入提升机,再由提升机送入细纹栅进行二次剥壳,再经过比重分行筛分选,即可达到全部剥离。该花生脱壳机具有除杂效率高、脱壳、分选、除皮连续进行、回程料直接脱壳、整仁率高、产量大、生产环境清洁等特点,还具有结构简单、操作方便、能耗低、噪音小等特点。

摘要
花生是一种商品率很高的经济作物,其产品富含脂肪和蛋白质,综合加工利用增值效果明显。花生用途广泛,既可食用、油用,又可出口创汇,是促进我国农科可持续发展的主导因素之一。由于花生本身的生理特点决定了花生脱壳不能与花生的田间收获一起进行联合作业,而只能在花生荚果的含水率降到一定程度后才能进行脱壳。随着花生种植业的不断发展,花生手工脱壳已无法满足高效生产的要求,实现脱壳机械化显得尤为重要,良好的花生脱壳机械的研究和应用,对我国花生机械化的发展具有重要的意义。
通过对国内花生脱壳机械研究与应用状况的调研与资料检索,了解了花生脱壳机械的类型与特点。结合我国花生脱壳机械的脱壳原理及工艺,从工作原理、结构特点、性能指标、适应条件等方面分析了不同类型花生脱壳机械所具有的优势与存在的不足。并客观依据了资料,针对设计要求,以减轻农户劳动强度,提高花生生产的经济效益为目的,选复合式脱壳方法,同时采用挤压和搓擦原理剥壳,以空气动力学特性和尺寸特性进行粒壳分离,由此研究设计了滚筒式剥壳装置,风筛复合分离系统,并结合气流输送原理,设计了二次脱壳机构。

And objective basis for the material, design requirements, in order to reduce labor intensity, improve peanut farmer economic benefit for purpose of production, choose compound shells, and using method of squash and rub the principle, their shell with aerodynamic characteristics and size characteristics of grain, thus study design shell separation was their shell device, the wind reverse-force cylinder screen, and combining the compound separation system principle, design the air conveying secondary shells institutions.
