伪静态规则里定义一下
Apache和Nginx是不同的
iis6下的伪静态规则:
ISAPI_Rewrite] CacheClockRate 3600
RepeatLimit 32
RewriteRule (?!/Home)(?!/Public)(.*)$ /index.php/$1 [I]
说明：(?!/Public)意思就是排除Public这个目录，这样css等文件就可以加载到了。
这是适用于IIS7,IIS7.5,IIS8.0及以上的ThinkPHP的伪静态规则，把以下代码保存成web.config文件，放到FTP的web目录内即可。
