耳朵：我这耳朵还是脑袋上的信息机构呢。没有我这耳朵？能听出来什么是音乐？还有听报告、听讲课、听说话，听什么离开过我这耳朵？

College student have professional knowledge but lack well-psychological diathesis, manner and legal sense. In college, there are many professor but lack coach. A good college student should have professional knowledge and skills, professional dedication, highly learning awareness, well-plasticity, communicative co-ordination skill and basic solve problem skills. Advanced degrees and rich knowledge prepare for college students. But when they have a interview or finding a job, plenty of students who have knowledge and skills, always just miss many opportunity because of some small problems.
When college student have a interview, they will not only have regular problems, but also endure lots of problems that you can't even imagine. Company use these kind of strange interview to test and choose the person that they needed.
