基本上SHALL用在将来时，而SHOULD是一个
情态动词，表示“应该怎样”
What shall we do：我们（一会儿）要做些什么呢？
What should we do：我们应该做什么？
“效果您已经看到了，接下来我们该怎么做？”就是：You have already seen the effect. What should we do next?
这里还有其他例子，如
I will（shall）go to swim tomorrow。（明天游泳，很自然的一件事，没有任何强制，约束。）
I should go to swim tomorrow。（应该明天去游泳，也许与人有约，不去就是不给别人面子。）
再进一步讲：
shall用于
第一人称，表征求对方意见或向对方请示：
What shall we do this moring?
用于第一,第三人称的
疑问句:
Shall we dance ?(很有用哟)
When shall she leave oou class?
用于第二,第三人称,表示说话人给对方的命令,警告,允诺或威胁
You shall die if you disclose all the state secerts to the foreigners.
