join和join in的区别

join和join in　都有“参加”的意思，但它们的用法不同。
1、join　指加入某个组织、党派或团体，并成为其中的一员。
如：
1). He joined the Party two years ago .
他两年前入党。
2). My brother joined the army in 2014.
　我哥哥在2014参军。
2、join in　指参加较小的活动，　如“球赛、游戏”等,常用于日常口语.
如：

Why didn”t you join in the talk last night?
　昨晚你为什么没参加座谈?

1、take part in 指参加会议或群众性活动等,着重说明句子主语参加该项活动并在活动中发挥作用。
如：
Did you take part in the sports meeting ?
你参加运动会了吗？
2、attend 指参加较重要的会议、典礼、婚礼、听报告、上学等。
如：
He attended an important meeting last week .
他上周参加了一个重要的会议。
