我是在单词表看到的，到底什么要加THE，ON THE，什么不用加呢？

我看到了listen to music，那watch TV为什么不watch to tv

home是副词，其钱不需要介词；school是名词，不及物动词go后接名词时需要加介词to，go to school意为“去上学”，school为抽象意义“求学”的意思，如果是“去某一具体学校”，也要加the，如：goto the school“到学校去”。
go to the playground 中间有to the
playground为一普通名词，同“到学校去”一样，当然要用 go to the playground了。

watering the flowers
cook the chicken

加the表示“特指”，指“某些特定的鱼、花等”
talk on the phone 短语on the phone意为“在电话上”交谈，on意思是“通过某种通讯工具”。talk为不及物动词。

我看到了listen to music，那watch TV为什么不watch to tv
listen是不及物动词，带宾语时需要加一个介词to,表示“听……”；如果不带宾语就不需要加to乐，如：听！谁在说话？Listen!Who is talking?
watch是及物动词，当然不要加to了。

go home因为home是副词，副词前不加介词to
go to school和go to the school 也有区别，前者是上学的意思，后者是到学校，不知道是做什么，家长去学校就用后者

有些动词是及物动词(可以直接接名词：enjoy doing，hate you，fuck you)
还有一些是不及物动词talk ，go，listen，look
