1。一般外国人不会说can u say itagain. 他们一般只用一个词 pardon 或者是what 直接表达再说一次。
2. I didn't get it. 注意读法连贯，听起来很顺耳。
3. I dont konw 当然是最基本的说法， 可以换成no idea.
4. 视情况而定，最常用的当然还是I can't do。。。。。。
5. Nice to see u guys, I am glad to be a part of this class.
6. Thank you/Thanks.....哥们你不是连这个都不知道吧？？？
7. We can become friends, can we?用个反义疑问句加强下语气.....

I don't know或者I have no idea
I don't know。这个要看你具体不会什么，英语中没有明确表示“不会”的单词
Nice/Glad to come here.很高兴来这里，这样就可以了，没有必要强调“班级”
Thank you (for your praise)其实我觉得括号里面的没有必要

但是一般在国外，人们没有听明白对方说什么就会直接一句疑问语气的Sorry?
