句首用了there is 开头，句尾用问号表示疑问，其实就是反义疑问句。
在反义疑问句里，若句首用的是肯定，则句尾要用否定。
所以应该填C isn't there。

我觉得应该选A吧，句中有nothing，后面应该用肯定，前否后肯。

前面是There is，后面的否定当然就用C.isn't there
