Therefore, the perfect consistency for filtering is around 0.5mmol/L.

(3) 紫外诱变结合前体筛选红豆杉高产细胞系有一定可行性,苯甲酸钠为0 mmol/L时有新红豆杉细胞长出;但具有一定的随机性,故不能肯定。
It is possible to get high yielding taxus cell strains by combining ultraviolet mutagenesis with precursor screening since when the consistency of benzoate is at 0mmol/L there is new taxus cells growing; but it is not confirmed yet because of the randomness.
