全红婵，广东省湛江市人。中国跳水运动员。2018年，获得广东省跳水锦标赛3项冠军。2019年，获得广东省跳水锦标赛5项冠军。2020年，获得全国跳水冠军赛女子单人十米台冠军。2021年3月14日，以424.55分荣获2021年中国跳水明星赛女子十米跳台亚军。2021年5月13日，在全国跳水冠军赛中蝉联女子十米跳台冠军。
2021年7月，全红婵入选2020年东京奥运会中国体育代表团跳水项目运动员名单。
全红婵于2007年出生，是麻章区麻章镇迈合村人，父母都是农民。全红婵2014年7月开始接受跳水训练，同年9月正式进入湛江市体校就读，她的启蒙教练是陈华明、郭艺。
2018年3月，由湛江市体校培养的全红婵被输送到广东省跳水队。在2018年8月举行的第15届广东省运会跳水比赛中，获女子丙组双人跳台第2名、单人跳台第3名。2018年，获广东省跳水锦标赛3项冠军；2019年获广东省跳水锦标赛5项冠军。
