A good government is always thinking how to make a more and better living space for their people. How to do it? It's pretty simple and easy! 1. The government should not allow the sidewalk to be a "parking lot", so people have enough walking space to be save walking on the sidewalk; 2. The government's officers should not be greedy and corrupt, the top of officers should open the positions for more intelligent , hardworking and smart people filling in government jobs; 3. The government should know how to guide the water thru under the channel into the cities where it needs. Although it will cost a lot of money, the government has lots of money, the government must do it.
