首先有基本的关系式:
Uo1 = Ic1*Rc - Vcc , Uo2 = Ic2*Rc - Vcc,Uod = Uo1 - Uo2;
Ic1 + Ic2 = Iee;
1)Ui1=Ui2,即 T1、T2的基极电压相等,那么两管平分 Iee,Ic1=Ic2=Iee/2;
2)这里,三极管的导通电压 Ube = - 0.7v;
T1基极电压=Ui1,Ue = Ui1 + Ueb1 = Ui1 - Ube1 = -1 + 0.7 = - 0.3v;
T2基极电压=Ui2,则 Ube2 = Ui2 - Ue2 = 1 - 0.3 = 0.7v ,此管发射结反偏而截止;
所以有 Ic1 = Iee,Ic2 = 0;
