经济学中的the market interest rate是指储蓄利率，还是贷款利率？

这是书上的原话，书上一再提 the market interest rate，但却没说这是老百姓在银行存款的利率，还是银行向外贷款的利率。是哪个啊？为什么？

这个是市场利率，指的是商业银行根据市场资金供求,风险状况自主决定的利率。一般情况下指的是贷款的利率。不过在我国无论是存款利率还是贷款利率都是在央行的指导下定价的，所以都不是市场利率。追问
