英语听力的小问题，肯定句和否定句在口语中是如何辨别的？

例如：we cannt operate。听起来了cannt的t发音很轻，基本听不到声音。但是现实生活中如果听到这句话是如何辨别到底是肯定句还是否定句呢？？？
是通过语音？语调？还是重读？具体一点如何辨析，谢谢。

英语的否定句— 否定句在句子前面加isn't或aren't等!肯定句就是主语+谓语+宾语 比喻You are pig.英语中肯定句改否定句 我们一般在be后边加not 那没有be就在动词前加 助动词not
（1）一般否定句 I don't know this.No news is good news.There is no person /not a person/not any person in the house.
（2）特指否定 He went to his office,not to see him.I am sorry for not coming on time.I don't think/believe/suppose/feel/imagine you are right.

2.练习口语要大胆说出来，过一段时间后，突然有一天你会自如、清楚地表达自己的思想。有了大胆说的精神，你才能闯过口语的难关。
3.只会学英语，而不能尽快地去用，那就永远也学不好英语。要始终寻找机会说英语。可以和你周围的同学或朋友交流，即巩固了已学的和 从别人那里学到新的的东西。
