英语中没有Are you think这种搭配，Are和think都是动词，不能在人称代词前后使用，因此Are you think是错误的，只有Do you think是正确的。

1、Do you think 作为插入语在疑问句中，do you think紧跟在疑问词/短语之后，且其后的成分采用了陈述句序的话，此时它就是插入语。

do you think 作插入语用于混合疑问句中时的句式： 特殊疑问词＋do you think（或其他表示心里活动的词）＋陈述语序。

2、如果do you think在从句中使用时，则必须改成you think。例句：I‘d like to talk with the boy who (you think) is the cleverest student in your class.我喜欢和那个（你认为）是世界上最聪明的学生的男孩交谈。
3、常见的作插入语的形容词或其短语有 sure enough果然； worse still更糟糕的是； true真的， funny真可笑， strange to say说也奇怪， needless to say不用说， most important of all最为重要的是等，表现了说话人的情感或态度等。
