I'm a middle school student , all my meals are prepared by my mother. In her mind , a healthy diet is the cornerstone of a good grade. Every morning, she gets up half an hour earlier than me, and starts preparing breakfast and lunch for me. So every morning I have a cup of warm milk,a piece of bread and a boiled egg. After that, I carry my lunch,which is made of rice , vegetable and meat, to go to school. When I come back from school every evening , dinner is just to be served. Usually , dinner will include a cup of soup, small amount of rice,and some vegetable dishes. Thank to my mother, I am studying and growing well.

I live a healthy life through three healthy meals everyday. In the morning, I usually eat two eggs and drink a glass of milk for breakfast, and my lunch often includes rice, chicken and a tomato. In the evening, I always have salad, chicken and some vegetables during the dinner.
