图书馆的规则英语6条有：

不要为他人抢占座位，不要在座位上躺卧，也不要在阅览室内吸烟。

阅览区域内须保持安静，请在进入阅览区域前将手机调至静音状态；手机通话请到室外。
3、It is strictly forbidden to hide, tear, paint, steal books or periodicals, violators will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
严禁藏匿、撕割、涂画、偷窃书刊资料，违者将按有关规定处理。
4、Do not damage the catalog card when reading it. Don't dot the book randomly.
查阅目录卡片时，不可把目录卡片弄坏。不要在图书上随意圈点。
5、Readers should dress neatly when they go to the library, turn off their mobile phones before entering the library, and do not wear vests or slippers when entering the library.
读者上图书馆学习应衣着整洁，进图书馆前应自觉关手机，不能穿背心、拖鞋进图书馆。
6、Sit and rise gently, and turn the pages gently.
入座和起座要轻，翻书也要轻。
