图书借阅制度：
1、教职工经本人申请可办理借书卡，入学新生由班主任统一组织申请办理借书证。教职工和学生凭借书证（卡）借书。
2、借书证限本人使用，每次可借1-3本图书，借期不超过10天。到期未看完者，须办理续借手续。
3、教师借阅与本学期所任课程相关的专业书或专业参考书，借期四个月，到期全部归还。
4、工具书和善本书一律不外借，只限在资料室内查阅。
5、读者要爱护图书，不得污损、撕毁、批注和丢失，如有上述情况应按制度赔偿。对于违章的读者，在未办妥有关赔偿手续前，暂停其借阅权利。
6、借书证限本人或专人使用，应妥善保管，如发生代借、冒借等现象，概由领证人负责。借书证和借书卡丢失，应立即到图书馆挂失，图书馆（室）将于每学期初集中办理补发手续。
7、书刊遗失，尽量购买原版本图书赔偿，否则以书刊价格的1～20倍赔偿。图书馆（室）将所有罚款与赔书款，全部纳入购书经费。
8、教职工调离学校，学生毕业离校时应交回全部借书证(借书卡)，还清所借图书。
