英语汉译英问题 3？

1.如图一中翻译的最后一句话就是“每星期天一早。。。”，书中把边喝茶，边吃早饭边和朋友聊天翻译成chatting with friends over tea and breakfast。（这里的over理解成什么呢？通过吗）如果我翻译成这样是对的吗：Early on Sunday mornings, peolple get up since 7 o'clock, drinking tea, eating breakfastand talking with their frends.由于不确定，想请大家帮忙看看2.如图2所示，标黄的那句话“集中力量对贪污受贿犯罪答案深挖严查”，想请问如果翻译成我这样对吗：efforts have been concentrated on throughly investigation and severely punishing of the major cases of the bribery and corruption offences.我主要不确定concentrated on 后面可以直接这么用吗？还是说需要写成efforts have been concentrated on that one should investigate and punish the major cases of the ..（我不知道that前面那个on需要保留吗？）3.正是出于我们自身发展的需要为什么译文翻译成 it's out of our own need of development that...我不是很懂这里out of 的用法？out of control是失去控制。大家能帮我说说这个在这里怎么理解吗？感谢。

1）over. (prep) 表示一段时间，V+ over the tea  and breakfast  “在...期间做了...”。七点起床该是点时间，得用at.

2）如下更好：Efforts have been concentrated on through investigation and severe punishment of the major cases of the bribery and corruption offences. 

3）out of... 有跟多用法的，  it's out of our own need of development that..  此处out of 表示事物发生的原由。

chat over sth. 的解释百度就能查到，表示边聊天边干某事，比如chat over dinner就是边吃晚饭边聊天。例句里chat over tea and breakfast即边喝着茶吃着早饭，边聊天。你的翻译也不能说不对，但是显然不如使用chat over sth.来的简洁优雅。

大体结构是对的，但是concentrate on后面接的是名词，investigation是名词，前面应该用形容词thorough，还有后面的severely punishing也应该改成形容词+名词severe punishment. 

这里的out of就是出于的意思 和out of control里的意思不同

out of control中out of表示超出xx的边界，超出控制的边界即无法控制，又out of range表示超出射程的边界

而out of our own need of development中out of表示起源、原因，也就是中文的出于。另外build a house out of bricks中也是这个意思。

第一题over意思是：在，，，期间，你翻译的句子不对，since用于完成时，所以改成at.
第二题介词on必须有，后面接了两个名词做并列宾语，介词后不能接that从句，所以不能如你那样改。
第三题out of意思是：出于。追问

可是那个图片译文里最后一句也是用了since?可以帮忙解释一下吗？感谢！

如果是语法题就得是since用于完成时，如果口语可以不那么在意语法
