1、新产品工艺文件的评审需结合设计评审阶段进行，从小批量试产开始至定型评审为止。通过各个阶段评审，对工艺的符合性、有效性进行验证，如果无法满足预期要求，则须由PE工程师进行相关工艺文件的修订；甚至由开发部门重新对制造过程工艺性给予设计。
The audit of the process doccument for new product should be conducted along with the different stages of design audit from prototype to final design. The purpose of the audit is to validate the conforms and effectiveness of the process. If result is out of expectation, the process related doccuments should be modified by PE engineers, so much as redesign to the process by R&D department.
2、如果为随开发的产品更改而进行的更改，由工程部按开发部发出的产品《更改通知单》的相应内容对工艺和工艺文件进行更改；如果因为不适应生产现场而进行的改进，则由PE工程师直接改进工艺，并更新工艺文件。
The change of process and related doccument along with the prodcut development should be carried out by Engineering Deparment according the "Change notice"issued by R&D department; The change to fit production line should be carried out by PE engineer directly with update to doccument as well
3、当工艺更改涉及到相关模夹具的更改时，须对模夹具进行相应的更改，并应对与此相关的模夹具（如具有互配性要求的多套模夹具时）也进行并行处理；当涉及对原物料的变更时，应考虑物料的处理方法，并通知采购开发部及供应链管理部，采购按新工艺采购物料，供应链管理部对剩余旧物料给予处理。
When process change involved with related fixtures or molds, the fixture or mold should be modified together with other fixtures or molds may be concerned. When the change made to raw material, the disposition of inventory sould be provided, purchasing department and supply chain Administration would be informed how to purchase new material or dispose the old material.
4、工艺文件由PE所在部门主管或授权人批准。经OA系统审批完成后由文控中心下载保存和分发，具体按《技术文件控制程序》实施，参考《技术文件控制程序》。
The process doccument should be approved by head of the department or othe authorised person. The doccument approved through OA system would be downloaded, kept and distributed by the doccument center office by following the procedures doccumented in "Technology Doccument Control Procedures".
